He stressed that Russia still supplies nuclear fuel and services to “unfriendly” countries, hinting that departing partners may eventually return. Putin also warned the West that restricting academic and scientific ties will inflict long-term damage. Despite sanctions, Russia and the U.S. recently extended collaboration on the International Space Station and discussed future lunar and deep-space missions.
